Elected to the RDGA Board of Directors in 2013, Paul is very active in the RDGA as Chairman of Handicap and Course Rating. He also serves on the Rules, Junior Golf and Tournament Committees. He begins his first term as an officer on the RDGA Board in 2017 as Vice President.

 

Prior to his retirement in 2014 after a 37 year career in law enforcement, Paul was the Handicap Chairman of several clubs, including W.A.L.E. Paul's passion is for the Rules of Golf and he has attended several USGA Rules Workshops and has been an active on-course rules official for RDGA tournaments, as well as other tournaments conducted by the USGA, AJGA, NCAA, among many other organizations.

 

Paul resides in Canandaigua with his wife and is dedicated to serving the Rochester area golfing community and growing the game of golf.
